The platform is for both job seekers (baristas) and employers (cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.) who are looking to hire skilled baristas.

Is this service available only in Ireland?

For now, yes, but we plan to expand into the UK next year. Stay tuned!

How do I search for jobs?

Do I need to create an account to apply for jobs?

How do I apply for a job?

Once you’ve found a job you’re interested in, click ‘Apply Now,’ and follow the instructions to upload your CV and cover letter, if applicable.

Can I apply for multiple jobs at once?

How do I post a job listing?

To post a job, create an employer account, and select ‘Post a Job.’ Fill in the job details, including the role, location, salary range, and requirements, then click ‘Submit.’

Is there a cost to post a job listing?

No, there is no fee to post job listings. It’s completely free.

How long does a job listing stay active?

Standard job listings stay active for 30 days.

Can I edit or remove a job posting after it’s been published?

Yes, you can log in to your employer dashboard at any time to edit or remove job listings.

Will I receive applications directly through the platform?

Yes, all applications will be available in your employer dashboard, where you can review, manage, and contact candidates.

How do I create an account?

Click ‘Sign Up’ on the homepage and choose whether you’re registering as a job seeker or employer. Follow the prompts to enter your information and verify your email address.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How can I update my profile information?

After logging in, navigate to your account settings to update your personal details, CV, or job preferences.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time through the account settings page. Note that this will remove all your data, including applications and saved jobs.

For job seekers, the platform is free. Employers will pay a fee to post job listings, and additional fees may apply for promotion or premium services.

How do I pay for job postings?
